*For smaller properties, we charge an hourly rate of $65-$75 per hour, depending on the specific cleaning services requested. We find that this hourly rate is the most cost-effective option for our clients with smaller properties, as it allows us to tailor our services to meet their specific needs and ensure that they are only paying for the cleaning services they actually require. Our experienced cleaners work quickly and efficiently, allowing us to complete most smaller cleaning jobs within just a few hours.
